DALLOWAY WEAVES & EMBROIDERIES
The Dalloway Weave collection is inspired by the hugely creative output of the artists, poets and designers of the 1930s, especially those associated with the Bloomsbury Group and the Omega Workshops.
The charm of this collection reflects the eclectic nature of influences ranging from Post Impressionist paintings and textiles, to the interior decoration in houses such as Charleston Farmhouse, the beautifully preserved home of Vanessa Bell and Duncan Grant, both of whom were key personalities within the Bloomsbury Group.
This collection of silk stripes, block-prints, embroideries and jacquards is presented in six soft colour palettes, carefully created to complement the Bloomsbury Canvas collection.
